These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Dafabc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, and content made available through the website located at https://dafabc.cam and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and no exceptions will be made.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on this Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not hold an existing account on the Platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or shared device is permitted.
• Your participation must not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number, valid email address, and active mobile phone number.

Dafabc reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address.
• Bank account statements or transaction records to verify payment methods used.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Platform is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Dafabc supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• Online Banking via FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks.
• DuitNow Transfer: Instant real-time bank transfer via the DuitNow network.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. Dafabc does not charge fees for standard deposit transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposits made to the Platform must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Dafabc reserves the right to return funds received from unverified third-party sources and may suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically available. Dafabc aims to process withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Under 5 minutes (subject to verification status).
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempted withdrawal of ineligible Bonus Funds will result in the forfeiture of those bonus amounts, with only the real-money component of the balance being released.

Dafabc offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated at the time of the offer. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

General bonus conditions include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet requirements within this period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Dafabc reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard bonus-to-cash conversion process.
• Dafabc may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time the wager is accepted. General betting rules include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction at the time of bet placement, the bet shall be void and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Dafabc reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, mis-priced markets, or events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement ("late betting").
• Maximum win limits and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• For sports betting, settlement of markets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Dafabc is not responsible for errors or delays in official result announcements.
• In-play betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other live football markets is available subject to match availability, streaming delays, and platform uptime. Dafabc accepts no liability for bets placed based on outdated in-play information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Creating or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of organised cheating in relation to any bet or game on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse schemes across multiple accounts.

Dafabc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or related policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request by the Account holder for voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request, any real-money Balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dafabc's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dafabc shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside the Platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party system failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Malaysian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Dafabc is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Members are encouraged to approach gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only what they can afford to lose.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify players when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering position, configurable at user level.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Players is governed by the Dafabc Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

Dafabc processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between the Player's device and the Platform's servers are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. Players retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations, by contacting the Platform's support team.

Dafabc reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedures described in Section 10.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising in connection with them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation by Dafabc that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
